Google is now offering the high-end model of its 2017 Pixelbook, which features the Intel Core i7 processor. The netbook line has gotten many positive reviews, but with a hefty price tag, consumers may need some convincing that the premium version is favorable, even over the significantly cheaper Core i5 models. 

Here are some pros and cons to consider before purchasing the latest Google Pixelbook:

Pro: A $100 discount is currently available

The Core i7 Google Pixelbook originally sells for $1,649, but it is currently selling for $1,549.

 

Con: It's too late to order it online for Christmas

The Core i7 Google Pixelbook available at the Google Play Store will ship January 3, 2018.

 

Pro: This Pixelbook model is also available at brick-and-mortar stores.

If you don't want to buy it online, the Core i7 Google Pixelbook is also available at B&H and Best Buy. Consumers can purchase the netbook online from those vendors, but will likely face the same shipping times as Google. Stop by a physical location for faster access.
