1 Tunisia bombing: A suicide bomber blew herself up on a busy Tunis avenue on Monday, killing herself and wounding nine others, Tunisia’s TAP news agency reported. DETROIT (AP) — A prosecutor urged jurors on Monday to convict a former Michigan state trooper of murder in a Detroit boy's death, saying it defied "common sense" for him to fire a Taser at a 15-year-old who was driving an all-terrain vehicle at high speed without a helmet. TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — A new law requiring New Jersey employers to offer paid sick leave has gone into effect. The measure requiring employers to provide one hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked took effect Monday. Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy signed the measure into law in May. Under the law workers may earn and carry forward up to 40 hours of sick leave per year.
