The latest iOS update carries a glitch that has some users struggling to type coherent sentences,

reports. When users who have updated their iOS devices to 11.1 type the letter “i,” they get “A” and a [?] symbol. The glitch has not yet been resolved by Apple, which suggests this quick fix: Go to keyboard settings, click “Text Replacement,” then “+” to add a new one. Type an upper-case “I” under “Phrase” and type a lower-case “i” under “Shortcut.”That fix should solve the glitch for now, Apple says.
