DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Magazine and broadcasting company Meredith is shuffling its top executives into new roles as it works to integrate its Time Inc.'s portfolio of magazines. The Des Moines, Iowa-based company said Monday that current CEO Steve Lacy will become Meredith's executive chairman. WASHINGTON (AP) — With the government's budget deficit rising, the Treasury Department announced Monday that it expects to borrow $441 billion in the current January-March quarter, the largest amount in eight years. The Treasury said this figure compares to actual borrowing of $282 billion in the October-December quarter. REFUGIO, Texas (AP) — Jack Sportsman Bobcat Stadium sits dark in early January. The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reports it's well maintained but the stadium's concrete is weathered and the paint on some spots has begun to wear off. The home of the famed Refugio Bobcats has endured and seen plenty since it was constructed in 1954. NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of Wynn Resorts continued falling Monday in the wake of sexual harassment and assault allegations against founder and CEO Steve Wynn. WASHINGTON (AP) — Americans increased their spending 0.4 percent in December, a solid pace but slower than the big spending burst seen in November, while their saving rate fell to a more-than decade low. The Commerce Department said Monday the spending gain followed a 0.8 percent surge in November. PARIS (AP) — French drugmaker Sanofi has made another big purchase aimed at strengthening its position in rare disease treatments, buying Belgian biotech company Ablynx for 3.9 billion euros ($4.8 billion).
