SAN DIEGO (AP) — San Diego County is seeing a slowdown in the number of cases of Hepatitis A from an average of 84 per week this summer to only two in the first three weeks of December. Pierce Transit released a statement saying that Zack Willhoite, a customer service support specialist, was killed in Monday's derailment. "I don't know where he is," Scott said in a recent interview. "He's gone down underground."
