A Federal Way man accused of intentionally driving over a Chihuahua has been charged with animal cruelty.

The attack, which has hit companies, schools, government agencies and hospitals, has put company owners on notice that their businesses could be vulnerable to the invasive software that often arrives by email, locks up the files on a PC or server and renders them useless. Law enforcement officers and cybersecurity experts argue against paying up because that encourages thieves to keep attacking. NEW YORK (AP) — Anheuser-Busch is upgrading its U.S. breweries and plans to build two new distribution centers as it adapts to an increasingly fragmented beer market. The maker of Budweiser, Bud Light and Stella Artois says the upgrades and new distribution centers in Los Angeles and Columbus, Ohio will allow it to store a greater variety of products and get them to customers faster. Anheuser-Busch has struggled to boost sales volumes as craft beers grow increasingly popular in an already crowded marketplace.

Scott, however, is warning that potential cuts to Florida's tourism marketing agency could doom continued growth.
