API data reportedly show an unexpected weekly rise in U.S. crude supply
The American Petroleum Institute reported Tuesday that U.S. crude supplies rose by 629,000 barrels for the week ended July 13, according to sources. The API data also showed supplies of gasoline also climbed by 425,000 barrels, while distillate stockpiles added 1.7 million barrels, sources said.
