Valeant's creditors are not warming to the pharmaceutical giant's plan to extend the deadline on filing its annual report, according to Bloomberg.

To recap, Valeant fell into a technical default when it failed to file its 10-K by March 15.

Valeant is offering creditors a fee and a boost in the interest rate on the debt in exchange for waiving the default and an amendment to its credit agreement.

Thousands have taken to the streets of Reykjavik to call for Icelandic Prime Minister Sigmundur Gunnlaugsson to step down after leaked documents linked him to an offshore company that apparently posed a conflict of interest, according to The Associated Press.

The connection was revealed in the Panama Papers, a leak of 11.5 million documents from a Panamanian law firm, Mossack Fonseca, that appeared to show connections between world leaders, including Gunnlaugsson, and offshore shell companies. Читать дальше...

Disney's chief operating officer, Thomas Staggs, will leave the position on May 6, according to a statement on Monday.

He will stay on through the current fiscal year as a special adviser to CEO Bob Iger, the company said.

Staggs was considered the favorite to take over as CEO from Iger when his contract expires in 2018.

Tesla reported on Monday that it had delivered 14,820 vehicles in the first quarter of 2016, short of the 16,000 the company said it would sell.

The pace is well below what the electric-car maker needs to meet its full-year guidance of between 80,000 and 90,000 vehicles.

Unless Tesla can catch up in the coming quarters, it will have to deliver a daunting 35,000 vehicles in Q4.

Descovy, a combination drug that only has to be taken once a day, is the third in a series of HIV medicine updates to get the FDA's green light.

Developed by Gilead Sciences Inc., it works by interfering with a special protein necessary for the virus to multiply. 

Keeping the amount of HIV in the blood low is key for suppressing symptoms of the virus, but it isn't a cure.

KFC is making some major changes after losing customers' trust.

With a new "Re-Colonelization" program, employees are being retrained on how to correctly prepare KFC chicken.
