Armen Grigoryan meets Armenian and Azerbaijani civil society  representatives  

ArmInfo.  As part of the "Bridge of Peace" initiative, Armen Grigoryan, RA Security Council Secretary,  held a meeting with civil society representatives from Armenia and Azerbaijan.

According to the Security Council's press service, Grigoryan welcomed the visit of Azerbaijani civil society representatives to Armenia, highlighting the importance of such bilateral contacts in  strengthening mutual trust and developing good-neighborly relations.

Armen Grigoryan briefed the meeting participants on the progress of the peace process, discussed the economic opportunities resulting from the unblocking of regional transport links, and outlined the current dynamics of  Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. 

Recall, these meetings of civil society representatives were initiated following the initialing of the draft peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan in August 2025 in Washington.
