Deputy Foreign Minister meets Armenian and Azerbaijani  civil society  representatives 

ArmInfo. Vahan Kostanyan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, held a meeting with civil society representatives from Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to the MFA press service, a roundtable discussion is taking place  within the framework of the "Peace Bridge" initiative.

During the meeting, the participants discussed processes stemming  from the peace agenda established at the Washington Summit on August  8, 2025. Separate sessions were held to address topics such as the  evolving regional security architecture, the advantages of peace,  public attitudes towards establishing relations between the two  societies, opportunities for economic cooperation, and the role of  civil society in strengthening mutual understanding and trust.

Recall, meetings of civil society representatives were launched after  the initialing of the draft peace treaty between Armenia and  Azerbaijan in August 2025 in Washington.
