The first president of Armenia expressed dissatisfaction with the head of the ODIHR/OSCE in connection with the inadequate assessment of the international community on falsification during the elections in the republic

The first president of Armenia, the leader of the Armenian National Congress, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, discussed with the head of the OSCE/ODIHR Michael Link issues concerning elections and post-election processes in the republic. Ter-Petrosyan, in particular, noted that falsified elections are an obstacle to the development of Armenia.
