Cyber Monday PC gaming deals UK: the best deals on PCs, components, and peripherals

There haven't been many RTX 3070 gaming rigs hitting this price over this dealsy weekend, and those that have are generally wrapping older hardware around it. I'll grant you, the 256GB SSD boot drive is a pain, and will mean a vast majority of your gaming library would be shunted onto the 2TB HDD data drive, but everything else, from the 16-thread Ryzen 5800X, 16GB RAM, and RTX 3070 are top-quality. And hey, replacing the SSD is an easy upgrade down the line.

A nice little gaming PC here. It also hits the sweet spot for RAM and, of course, has a good deal of RGB to hypnotise you with.

The specs could be a little more generous in terms of storage space, but at least you've got a great processor beneath the hood working alongside that capable Ampere GPU. And all inside Razer's lovely chassis.

Given the name, Laptops Direct is probably not your first port of call for monitor deals, but this 27-inch LG is a great price right now. Even if the 'saving' looks a trifle generous compared to the level it's been retailing for... But with a 144Hz refresh rate, a genuine LG IPS panel, and a 1ms response time, this will make for a great gaming monitor.

The first-gen PCIe 4.0 drives are seeing some decent discounts now that faster drives, based on the Phison E18 controller, have released. Just a few months ago this was the price of a 1TB PCIe 3.0 SSD, but now you can get twice the speed for the same price. Though do make sure you have a motherboard and CPU capable of running a PCIe 4.0 SSD first.

This is the budget spin of one of our favourite gaming headsets with a pretty nifty discount. It may not have the freedom of a wireless headset but these are comfy, cans at a great price. And the sound will not disappoint, especially at that price.

This is one of the most affordable 120Hz 4K TVs you can get your hands on right now, making it a great option if you've got a next-gen console. It supports low-latency mode and variable refresh rate for gaming too. You also get free earbuds when buying from John Lewis right now.

It's not on sale, but if you're looking ahead to the future with Intel Alder Lake, here's a PC with our current favourite chip for just over a grand and a half. With the RTX 3080 you'll get blistering frame rates at high res, whatever you throw at it. There is only 16GB of RAM, but it's dual channel so it's more than enough for gaming. Plus it's topped with a nice, high capacity WD Blue PCIe SSD.

The rest of the spec is spot on, and it's all encased in an attractive chassis with room for further expansion.

This is one of the few RTX 3080 laptops I've seen under £2,000 so far, and it's a good mix of specs for high-end gaming. That includes a 360Hz 1080p display, which will really make the most of Nvidia's top mobile GPU in most games.

This Cyber Monday there are some decent RTX 3070 gaming laptops around with impressive discounts on them if you look hard enough. The 165Hz 1080p screen is another bright spot in this quality notebook.

Look, oranges aren't the only fruit, and nor is x86 the only processor design worth a damn. It's pretty rubbish for gaming though.

The snazzy, and asymmetric looking Copper Edition of this top-tier gaming chair is on offer right now. For that money you get  fantastic build quality in the form of a sturdy, understated gaming chair which we gave an... epic score of 91 in our review.

AndaSeat worked with Fnatic on the design of this chair, which obviously means you'll play like a pro when you sit in it. Or maybe not. The reality is that this is a quality chair covered in scratch- and stain-resistant DuraXtra leather and featuring a sturdy aluminium base. You get an XL lumbar pillow to make sure you're comfy too.

So it's not the most money saved ever, but here's a gaming chair with a lot going for it for the money, even before it went on sale. It's a good build quality, if a little more rattly than some of our favourites. Still, it's a cozy, comfy chair with good ergonomics so it's worth a look.

This quality ultrawide panel is available at a very tempting price right now. It's pitched pretty much perfectly at us PC gamers: 3440 x 1440 at 34-inches makes for an immersive experience, especially given the screen's subtle curve, throw in the 144Hz refresh rate and great contrast ratio, and there's a lot to love here. Very tempting indeed.

Ultrawide monitors are great for gaming and they're not bad for working on either. That this panel is also capable of hitting a refresh rate of 165Hz is nothing to be sniffed at either—in fact, it sits at the top of our best high-refresh gaming monitor guide. It's a VA panel, so you get great contrast, and it's curved for an even more immersive gaming experience too. 

Acer Predator X35 | 35-inch | 3440 x 1440p | IPS | £1,351.99 £1,117.49 at Box (save £234)
This swanky version of the Acer Predator—one of our favourite gaming monitors ever—maybe a refurb but that's a great price. Not only do you get an extra-wide curved screen, but one that comes with a 180Hz refresh rate and G-Sync Ultra for smooth frames, too. And that's topped with a 2ms response time, and it even sports built-in speakers.

There are some really good high-end 4K gaming monitors out there, but they tend to cost a lot, lot more than this. If you're in the market for a cheap 4K panel, then this BenQ is definitely worth considering. It's only a TN panel capped at 60Hz, but the 1ms response time does help keep it feeling responsive, as does support for FreeSync. This is a decent saving as well.

This is the benchmark for Cyber Monday SSD deals this year; a 1TB NVMe SSD for a cool £100. And it's a modern drive too, offering decent performance despite its DRAM-less design. It's worth making sure any budget drive you look at has the rated speeds that the Samsung and the WD_Black drives sport, because there are slower drives available for a similar price.

The Samsung vs. WD battle for SSD supremacy has one winner: us. The constant attempts to beat the other manufacturer has led to some outstanding drives, and the 970 EVO Plus is about as fast as PCIe 3.0 SSDs get.  And this is a great price for a speedy 2TB drive.

The Crucial MX500 has been a mainstay of our best SSD for gaming buying guide for years, thanks to it offering great value for money while always being a consistent performer. The saving it's enjoying here only makes it an even better buy. Go on, banish those HDDs from your system.

Samsung 870 QVO | 2TB | SATA | 560MB/s read | 530MB/s write | £185.99 £132.26 at Amazon (save £53.73)
A quick look at the read/write performance and it's clear that SATA SSDs aren't a patch on their PCIe-based brethren. But if you don't have a spare socket for one on your motherboard, then that doesn't matter a whole lot. In which case a SATA drive is a great option for offering a chunk of extra space. The 870 QVO has been cheaper than this, but it's still one of the cheaper 2TB options out there.

This esports-focused version of the BlackShark V2 gaming headset comes with a fixed mic and weighs less. But it uses the same impressive Triforce drivers which make the standard BlackShark V2 sound so good.

I'll be honest, the haptic audio feedback built into the Nari does not float my boat, but that doesn't mean this isn't still a quality wireless gaming headset. And given that the wireless premium usually pushes headset prices well over £100, that makes the Nari Ultimate great value right now.

HyperX Cloud Alpha | Wired | 336g | £89.99 £44.99 at Amazon (save £45)
The venerable Cloud Alpha may be getting on a bit now, but that doesn't stop it from being one of the best, and best-sounding gaming headsets of all time. The smart driver design has been recently aped by Razer's impressive BlackShark V2 range, and sounds as close as you can get to an expansive open back design in noise-isolating closed back headset.

The outstanding Arctis Pro briefly dropped lower than this, but this is still a solid deal on a set of seriously hi-res gaming headphones. The 10–40,000Hz response of these cans makes them ultra-clear for gaming, and deliver great depth for music too.

Not a terrible deal here with this 2021 model OLED LG TV. OLED tech gives you stark contrasting blacks and, gaming-wise, the 120Hz refresh rate is great. Support for HDMI 2.1 means you can plug your consoles into it as well as your PC. It's also G-Sync compatible and has a 40W built-in speaker, to boot.
