I’M A Celebrity hosts Ant and Dec have revealed their behind-the-scenes schedule, including their very early wake up time.
The TV presenters appeared on Good Morning Britain to give an insight into their routines when the cameras aren’t rolling.
Ant and Dec detailed their early morning routine[/caption] The I’m A Celeb hosts appeared in an interview with Andi Peters[/caption]Andi Peters asked the duo how they cope with early mornings, to which Ant replied: “Well we get up about 2am Australian time, so it’s early, so then you go to bed about six o’clock.
“You get a little bit of sun in the afternoon. No golf this year though.”
Andi then asked the star’s what they’d been up to during their downtime, with Ant explaining they’d “had their families out” in Australia.

“We can’t just be shooting off to play golf,” Ant added.
Dec chimed: “I’ve got two children Andi I can’t be golfing in the afternoons.”
Dec recently became a dad for the second time to a son named Jack.
He said: “He’s very good, he’s great,” as he was asked about his newborn, who he shares with wife Ali Astall.
Meanwhile in camp, with just five remaining campmates competing to win the competition is heating up.
According to William Hill as of November 25, 2022, former England football captain Jill Scott is still the favourite to win with odds of 2/5.
She is no stranger to winning trophies, having been part of the Lionesses’ victorious Euro 2022 squad in July 2022.
Hot on her heels with odds of 4/1 is Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner.

Meanwhile, Charlene White, Scarlette Douglas, Sue Cleaver, Boy George, Babatunde Aleshe, and Chris Moyles have been eliminated from the competition.
The dreaded I’m A Celebrity vote saw Chris and Seann in the bottom two on Thursday night – but the public chose to send the Xfm DJ home in the end.
Chris looked pleased to be heading home, after admitting he was ready to “leave” earlier in the episode.
The eviction came after he earned just one star in the night’s Bushtucker Trial, the second time that had happened during his stay in the jungle.
